Squeaking Noise Coming from Front Passenger Side

I have a annoying squeak that comes from the Front Passenger side of my vechicle. There is a leak? Any thoughts on the problem?

Is the leak only on the bottom side of the spindle? You should check the diff fluid to make sure you don't have an axle seal leaking.
