Strange clunking sound... please help

I have an 02 f350 CCLB 4x4

I have been doing some research on this sound and it sounds alot like the carrier bearing or possibly slip joint. Every thread I read about these is only talking about clunking on acceleration. I on the other hand have this clunking on and off throttle, it is present at all speeds and all gears, however more so in OD which I assume is due to the TC being locked and being directly linked to the drive train.

I do not want to just chunking parts at this so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
