Wheel barrings bad after 3500 miles

Well i got this truck a few months ago and the front end has given me nothing but issues. I had 2 bad hub barrings when i got the truck one was so bad it ate a grove in my driver side outer axle shaft so i replaced the u joint shaft and both hubs. Now 3500 miles later (havnt even made it to the next oil change) they are both shot hearing nasty grinding and bad wobble when i go over bumps i can grab my shaft and move it up and down 1/2 inch + on both sides. im just curious as what could cause this. Im thinking the axle shaft is riding in the hib assembly crooked and messing up the barring but i cant figure out what actually hold the axle straight in there. I have a set of warn locking hubs and what i believe is a dana 55?
