Quick ESOF help on an early 99

So my 4x4 has been out for a while now and it is getting colder here in washington which means the snow is going to fall and ross is going to need his ESOF! Im getting no dash lights or illumination to the ESOF selector switch, my TCASE motor is making noise when the key is on.

a while ago i was climbing a sandy hill in 2wd and got stuck so i put her in 4x4 and i heard a huge pop...my driveline bolts broke. im wondering if the driveline flopped around and screwed up a wire or 2 connecting to the tcase...if anyone could TELL ME THE VOLTAGES OF THE WIRES THAT CONNECT TO THE TCASE that would be wonderful or how to go about fixing the problem

so i got a new switch and this one actually lights up! but still no 4x4! transfer case motor makes noise when key is in on position HELP PLEASE!
