squeaking and vibration when in 4wd

When i put my truck in 4wd i get a squeak and a vibration i can feel in the floor.anybodyknow where i should start ?? Truck is an 01 f250

Check your u koints in the front drive shatf for play. And also u joints in the front axle

All the joints look good. could a wheel bearing goin bad make that noise?

In the Ft Axle, there's a double U-Joint (called the Cardan Joint) that has this, spring-loaded, Ball & Socket that will squeak. You'll have to pull the DriveShaft to check it though (It'll squeak in you hand sometimes....)

Next, try locking your hubs in manually (if your 4WD) and see if that eliminates the vibration as a test for bad needle brgs.
