Gear swap

I was thinking about swapping the gears in my truck from 4.11 to 3.73. Would this make a huge difference in power and fuel economy? I do regularly pull at 14,000lb 5er. Thanks for you input.

If you're pulling that heavy I'd keep the 4.10's.
