Nasty Vibration

Hey guys, need some help with my pops 2000 5.4 f250

extended cab long bed
4x4
33's
190,000mi
Brand new warn premium manual hubs.

So you're just driving along minding your own business, then out of nowhere it just starts off with this really ruff feeling vibration. almost like some super crafty mexicans came along and stole my tires and switched on some swamper boggers all while driving at 40mph...

It's done similar things in the past due to bad auto hubs (this truck has been though about 5 sets) so i talked him into going with the manual ones hoping to solve this problem. sadly it didn't. They are installed and working correctly

funny thing is, soon as the vibration starts if you click the t-case switch into 4x4 it stops immediatly and doesnt return until you switch back to 2wd. however it doesn't come back right as you go back to 2wd it sneaks up on you a mile or 2 down the road.

Any ideas for me?

Thanks
Beech
