Steering stabilizer
Should my 2000 F-350 dually have a steering stabilizer on the front axle? I see the bracket out at the end of the axle, and on a friends 2001 F-250, there's a stabilizer there.

i had one on my f350, it locked up and bent up into bottom of my ubolt plate, couldnt turn at all. removed it, tried to get it warranty, cuz it was less than 3 months old, they said it was damaged, I said ya no S#!T it bent into one of my ubolts, can see how threads imprint on stabilizer. havent bought another, seems all good. been like 2weeks over 1000miles. end rant

Your truck is prepped for a stabalizer, but I believe it was a factory option. I don't like a stabalizer. I drive frequently in winter weather - icy roads - and the stabalizer doesn't give me as good a "feel" of the road and a slower reation time on counter steering.
