Yet another F350 4 X 4 question...

I saw a thread on here a while back and the member was talking about putting a flip switch in line to disable the autolock solenoid under the hood.
I am wanting to be able to put the transfer case in low 2wd if needed with out the autolock feature working. I have tried to do searches for this topic, but can not find the thread again. Any info would be helpful. Thanks Scott

The truck is a 2000 F350 7.3L as saw in my sig.

sorry, mine has manual hubs. i have used that feature several times while backing heavy loads.... very handy
