Wink clutch clearance

I have a 1999 F250 5 speed. From day one the clutch clearance has been a problem. Dealer has had the truck a number of times.
replaced the hydralic tube a few times and generaly gave excuses. They fooled around till the warrenty was over and I was stuck with it. The local dealer has no Idea what to do with it. I can drive it but need to hold the clutch all the way down to shift.
There is no indication of clutch warpage.

If your using the clutch to shift then the pedal usually has to be to the floor to shift. Even then it's not the smoothest shifting trans.

Did they check to see if the clutch fork was bent?
