Transfer case compatibility question

Will be getting a new(to me) truck here in a couple weeks that the transfer case decided it needed a window in it. The truck is a 7.3 zf6. So my question is, do the zf5, zf6, and 4r100 all use the same transfer case? Or do I need one that comes out of a truck with a zf6? Also I found one bolted to a zf6 that came out of a super duty but it was a 5.4 triton, would that transfer case work?

I'm not 100% sure if its an electric shift or not bu t I'm pretty sure it is.
