4r100 shifting problem

First off i have a 2000 f-250 with edge evolution with attitude monitor, i was told the truck had a transgo jr. kit installed, also a tubro back 4" exhaust. The truck has about 200,000 miles on it and engine runs great, my problem is extremely hard shifts 2-3 under hard throttle or 3-4 no matter how i run the throttle shifts hard. When i say hard i mean puts stuff on the console in the floor. I have tried going as soft as i could on the shift firmness on my edge and it has no affect on the shifting. Any ideas is it Torque converter, valve body, or my transmission just shot? Thankyou very much for any help

has your overdrive button light gone on and off while driving?

No sir no overdrive light and also i might add i had a local trans shop do a driving diagnostics and he said all pressures and everything checked out normal.

Remove any trans tuneing in the Edge if possible..if not redo the VB. Or get a custom chip and if it still shifts hard re do the VB

i have tuned the truck back to stock with the same problem so i don't think it is the programmer although i hate the edge and as soon as i can i will be buying a ts.
