stuck in 4wd low...HELp!!!!!

I've searched and can't get a good answer..have a f250 that will not go back into 2wd after it was put in 4 low ...gently tapped the actuator on tcase and its still stuck..any ideas what problem my be or how to get it back in 2wd so its derivable..

Try letting it roll back with the selector in "N". Maybe rock it back & forth some while seeing if it will go into either 2WD or 4WD -Hi.

They can get "bound-up" in the TC (not necessarily the actuator motor but the gears themselves) and need help to "pop" free after you put in 'er the "Granny"
