new guy with rear end vibrations

I have a 2001 crew cab 4x4 that runs like a champ. The only problem is i travel a lot. When I am on the highway it runs smooth but when I get off the highway the rear end vibrates. Its only at low speeds and when Im going around turns. I have replaced the u joints and nothing. Any advice on were to go next. Also the breaks pop occasonaly in the front.

Some things to check:

limited slip (Jack up the rear axle, put in neutral and rotate one tire. The other tire should rotate in the same direction with it.)

Driveline carrier bearing (Look for excessive play up, down and side to side. A little is normal but a LOT is obviously not normal)

Metal shavings inside rear diff? Could indicate a more serious problem
