Rear Axle Yoke?

Guys,

My truck has the following style yoke on the rear axle..



Looking around online it seems that Ford Super Duties some years came with a round style yoke on the rear axle like this..



My questions are, what years/models came with the round style, and if I was to swap in an axle into my truck with the round style, what's the best way to go about adapting it? Better to change the yoke on the driveshaft to match the rear axle, or change the pinion yoke to match the driveshaft?
