Rear End Noise

I have a weird noise that sounds like the gears are grinding.5 months ago i had pinion bearings go out so i fixed that and put royal ourple gear oil in it. I have put about 8k miles on it andvhe noise is back. Has the oil broke down already or do i have the same problem again.

Did you replace the side bearings on the diff? Mine were bad along with the pinion bearings

also the housing was full of crap bearing metal that was difficult to clean completely--if you didn't clean it good, 8000 is about right for the trouble to return
