Factory Auto/manual hubs

I have Factory auto/manual hubs in my truck, but the auto part doesnt work.

Just trying to get some opinions on what would be the best to do.

A. Leave it, and just use manual
B. Fix the Seals
C. Get aftermarket manual hubs.

Thanks
