Do I need to do my gearing over?

I am not sure if I am posting this in the right areas but

I have a 2001 7.3 Excursion 2WD

I just recently added the Pro Comp 6 inch lift kit. I would like to put on 315-70-17 or 35x12.50 rims and tires.

I have heard mixed opinions on whether I need to update my gearing.

I currently have 3.73 but people suggest 4.10 or 4.30. I sometimes tow a Haulmark 24ft enclosed trailer with about my car and bikes in it. 9,000lbs total.

What would you do?
