2000 F250 6-Spd Clutch Shutter In Reverse

I have a 2000 F-250 with a 7.3 and 6sd trans. I recently had the clutch pack and clutch petal hydralics replaced by my Ford dealer. I pull a 7000lb 5th Wheel behind my truck. After the clutch change I haven't been able to manuver the truck in reverse especially at sharp angles or up any kind of incline or hill without a lot of clutch chatter. Everything works find in the forward gears. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be? Thanks in advace........

dont know if the chatter your talking about is more like lunging cause thats what mine does(lunges) in reverse on slight inclines. i was told it is due to a warped flywheel

When I had my Southbend installed the shop owner said to put the truck in 4 low when backing. I told him I have plenty of power and he said "it is alot easier on your clutch because your not feathering the pedal and slipping the clutch".
