Powerstroke front end sway/noise

I have a late 99 f250 with a front end problem. It has a new tranny and tc about 800 miles ago. Going down the road I will sometimes get a swaying motion in the steering wheel and a grinding noise at the same time. It sounds like the driver side. It wont do it all the time but quite frequently. Im thinking wheel bearing. Any ideas?

P.S. truuck has 230k on it and havent done anything to the front end the whole time ive had it other that routine maintenance.
