alot of shops call them ball joint cams.. they are degreed to allow for more or less camber.. I had to go with a 2 degree camber cam when I lifted mt truck with the leveling kit

That doesn't sound or look like that would be called a "sleeve". I think I'm gonna go by the shop and ask them to show it to me. It's just got me really curious!

Chris....Thanks for the info and pics. I see them now. I was just sooo confused as to what and where they are.

Yea it does. I had a problem with a little like drifting going on and play in the steering wheel. All gone now. Drives like a dream.
