rough ride

is there anything that anyone has done or known about to help the ride of a lifted pickup? i currently have a 6 in lift with a 6 in block in the rear and a shackle lift in the front and it rides like a rock. its so jarring and bumpy. i have thought about putting in a 6 in lift spring in the back but have been told it wouldn't help my ride quality at all. or with a lift is it normal to get jarred around a lot. also does anyone know of a company that makes a good set of trac bars for f250's. i need to keep my axle from wrapping so much.

ditch the setup and go airride. it will beef up the rear suspension too with the parallel 4 link that Airbagit.com makes.
