Vacuum tube length for front hubs?

Before I crawl under the truck a coulple of times to remove the vacuum lines that run to the hubs and then run to the store, I figured I'd ask so I only get dirty once and keep the wife happy. What length and size of vacuum line do I need to get to replace the vacuum lines on the hubs? I hope this isn't some kind of special tubing. I found what I think is the leak. The driver's side is pretty rotten.

2ft each side to go from the hub to the fender. Vaccum leak fixed.

What size hose inner diameter 3/16" or 5/32"(4mm) ?
