Help I Cant Move!!!

I have a 2001 F250 4x4, 6spd manual. wenever i put it in gear and let the clutch out it makes a god awfull grinding noise. i thought mabe it was in my t-case, i replaced the t-case and it still does it. i'm not sure if it could be the pilot bearing, or input shaft (hope not). it shifts smooth and easy but when it starts to move it just grids and grids and doesn't move. any help would be awsome!
