Front Hub/Wheel Bearings?!

Howdy Fellas. I have had the worst luck with my BFG MT TA KO (Version 1) tires. I have had my truck re-aligned, re-balanced, quite a few times and rotated the tires, but they just keep cupping very badly. Spoke with a dealer about it they said that they owned the same tires onthe same truck and had the exact same problem, just the weight of the engine over the turning tires etc. He said thats why they discontinued the TA KO (1) and have the TA KO 2's now. Anyway, I gave up and they are cupped so badly that I now have a squeak up front that i'm guessing is the front wheel bearing going out. While i'm at it I want to do a Warn Hub conversion. So my questions are as follows.

#1 Where did y'all get your front wheel bearings and seals?! I have looked everywhere with no avail.

#2 What size axle is my truck to get the Warn hubs? F250-2002
