Bad Bearring ?????
My 02 F250 Crew 7.3l Makes A Low Pitch Grinding Sound At Low Rpm's Around 30-40 Mph.when Acccelerated Sound Goes Away?? New Tires ,balanced ,replaced U-joints And Carrier Bearring.i Think Sound May Be From Rear Not Sure

be sure to check the driveshaft support bearing(if it has one). hard to hear at speed but at low speed, under 20, it can be heard. check for up and down movement, then take it off if not sure and spin it.

Does it make any more noise when going around a corner, thinking maybe rear diff or possibly rear diff side bearings.
