front end maintenance/bushing replacement ????'

im getting a little rattling, vibration, noise in front end, under my feet...mostly when slowing down i hear it...
im new to the 4x4 and whole american suspension thing but im not afraid to get dirty and have tools and mechanical know how...i like to try and do anything i can myself and you guys are always a big help
how does this stuff under there look and what should i look into replacing ?
