4x4 Problem/Vibe

I have got my hubs locked in to be ready to switch to 4x4 because of snow and over the last few weeks have gotten a vibration in floor . If I turn the switch to 4x4 it gets a little worse. If I have it out of 4x4 and lock the hubs out it is basically fine. Would it be u joints in front axle, front driveshaft u joints, bearings or what?

front shaft may be outta balance, or bent.
