Angry dang it, more codes

well, I didn't like the FEEL of the truck driving when I came to Reno, feels like I'm floating, & w/the recent incident w/ice I figured better check the AE , & need to know these what these codes mean b4 I return on Fri.
P1812 4-Wheel Drive Mode Select Circuit Failure
B1394 Power Door Memory Lock Relay Circuit Short To Battery
C1093 Traction Control Disable Switch Circuit Failure

hurry and answer as I have a mechanical helper at the moment

Do you have the switch on the dash for 4wd?
The door lock one is nothing to worry about.
The traction control switch thing leads me to believe they sold you a PCM programmed for an excursion

hmmm, thats interesting. I will contact them. BTW, Why did this code just come up? just curious.
Is it safe to drive>>>>I mean, I did drive it, seems stiffer, but its hard to say if its the new tires or drag link & my steering got unintentionally fixed (no more slop), when I put the steering back, in the harness saga of the continual story ..............

because when you used the 4wd the pcm expected to see the dash switch and it didnt
