the driveshaft is turning whenever you're rolling, so it should still be doing it even if there isn't a load on the engine. But it would probably be less noticeable. Let us know how it goes.

I had a carrier bearing go out on my last truck. It shook so bad I thought a wheel was coming off. Plus it made a terrible noise, not really a squeek, more of a growl. The bearing will move a little in the rubber isolator though so make sure that isn't it, but it sounds like it's probably bad.

my carrier bearing went out a while back and it vibrated alot at take off but when i was driving it didnt seem to be that noticeable. the rubber support or whatever it is in the carrier housing let loose and i had alot of play in the bearing. from what you describe...hearing the sound at full throttle...and going away when you let off..sounds like trans or rear end in my opinion. if it is vibrating when you are taking off and not just crusing, it could be your pinion angle off the tranny. my f250 has a 6 in lift on it and i had to shim the carrier bearing so it wouldnt vibrate when i took off. mine is the 2 piece shaft too. good luck in finding the problem.
