Gearing

I have a 2000 f250 with a 6" lift and 35" tires 7.3l diesel. I do not have much "get up and go", My truck is like a slug and when towing going up a hill its even worse.. I beleive i have 4.56 gears and that could be my problem, by the way its 6-speed. I was thinkin of swaping to 4.10 but unsure... any ideas? What all would i need and where could i get the parts at? Thanks

you should have more low end power but run out of your top end. you should be turning really high rpms on the interstate. if you went down to 4.10's it would make it even worse. i dont think that the problem is your gearing.
