You are living in the right time my friend. There are so many compressors out there now. Not just your standard Firestone overload air compressor. Todays lowryder cars and trucks are all on air. I have put the Firestone pump on my superduty. It is a good pump for what it was designed for, Airing up air bags. If you want to fill up a tank, it gets real hot. You also need to replace the output line if you have one of these. The plastic line likes to melt after a few minutes. If you use a copper line for the first few feet, that will fix that problem. Bill
