95 psd vibrate

I m new to diesel this is the first diesel truck ive owned. When its idling it shakes and it is hard starting when stitting.

how many mile are on the truck? does it have a noticable miss at road speed? Any check engine light on?

does the "vibration" (probably a miss) change when the motor is warm or cold?? any lack of power??

The truck has 232000 miles on it and the check engine light isnt on it only seems to virate at lower rpms idling and driving and it doesnt go away even when it warms up.
