Fuel leak?
ok hey guys i am haveing some fuel leaks it is filling up the vally on my motor and leaving some puddles any help here i already fixed the leaking fuel bowl heater thing????

it could be the fuel bowl drain valve that was leaking on mine a few weeks ago
it is the yellow handle valve on the turbo side of the bowl the o rings srink up and cause it to leak |

could you see the leak? and how did you fix that

i first noticed it leakin on the ground mine had a hose hooked to the valve some my not but the valve is held on the fuel bowl with for star bit screws.....
you can get the valve at the ford dealer for around $30 it is a lot easier than just gettin the o rings |

I had fuel leaking down in the valley also, look on the right side of your fuel bowl housing, there is a water in line sensor that screws into it, the black plastic will sometimes crack resulting in a steady fuel drip when under pressure, the sensor retails for about $40 on dfuser.com

which truck year model are we atlking here , depends on we are talking the old body style or new body style, i see both years in your sig

well im talking about my 97, but i do believe that all the 7.3's have a water in line sensor
|
