Steering play

Is there any way to remove the play in the steering wheel? My tierodends are all new but it stil has a pretty good amount of play in it.

I would also like to know. I know on my Toyota Truck there is a srew on top of the steering box that is held in place by a nut around it. Tightening that screw in takes play out, but that is a Yota without power steering.

Sounds like it needs a gearbox.

You can but if you adjust it to much one way or the other you can F**K up the box. Its just as easy to replace it.
