ANY IDEAS TO STOP THE USUAL FORD RUST

No such thing. You don't "stop" rust. You eliminate/remove rust. Which means cutting and/or replacing. End of story. If you got "usual ford rust" as in wheel wells, you can get away with cut-out fender flares. (Again cutting) If it's the doors or something, take it to a shop unless you got one.

my rear spring hangers are rusted out, ive already bought new ones but have to find the time to replace them. its going to be a pain in the butt to replace them.

If it's the doors you pour some oil inside the door, other than that you will just heve to buy either new bed sides, a new bed, or doors...........Or just look at and cry.
It dosent do much good to cut the the fenders out and try to repair the rust on the bed becouse 9 times out of 10 it will be back with in a few years.Sorry to tell ya but I know how you feel. |

my truck was repainted just last year so i don't really have to worry about rust on the body just on the underside.

Michigan grown here. My truck's underside looks like hell. Literally.

amazingly enough the underside of my truck looks great and its been a PA truck its entire life.....i need a tailgate(typical) and a drivers side rear crew cab door....its rotted at the pinch weld which you can really fix right....anyone happen to have one laying around??
