Rear tank no longer working

Newbie here..

I live in north Western Arizona, but stationed in San Diego.. When I was driving home 2 days ago for leave.. I ran the forward tank down to 1/2 like I usually do and switched to the rear tank... The rear tank registers FULL, but only the front tank is being used... I let it sit for 2 days trying to figure it out via google (UNABLE TO).. now the rear tank is registering a little over 3/4 and I am not sure bit it looks like the front tank is registering more..

Does anyone have an Idea what this could be???.

Thanks.. Tim

I would guess the transfer valve is no longer working.
