Question intermittent Vibration

Hello Guys,

I am experiencing a vibration after my truck warms up at idle but not really when it is cold, when I first start it, it idles fairly smooth. As I go through RPM range it feels smooth. But while cruising at about 2000 RPM I can feel it. If I shift to neutral and coast it smoothes out until the engine reaches idle, and then i can feel the same vibration that I feel at Idle. I sort of suspect a harmonic balancer.

96 F250 7.3 Turbo.

Lift Pump is less than 1 year, new injector/glow plug harness pig tails, glow plugs, and valve cover gaskets.

This problem was there before I did that work.

I wasn't able to find anything that really seemed to be that similar to my problem searching the forum.
