Idle Surge on chipped 97 7.3

Just like is says, im surging at idle and sometimes when i pour the coul to her its almost as if it misses, but it doesnt happen all the time. Any ideas?

odd idle could be a bent pushrod. Or somethings up with the tuning, does it idle funny without the chip? Dont forget when you pull or install the chip keep the keys on your seat.
