bouncing speedo

Hey guys i'm new to this forum but have a problem with my speedo. I have a 95 f350 cc lb with minor mods. The speedo bounces all the time. I have changed out the sensor on the rear end and no dice. I just replaced the wiring harness to the fuel bowl heater because of corrosion. That caused the truck not to run but i dont think it affects the speedo. Any ideas?

pull the diff cover you may have some shavings or crap stuck on the tone ring...

mine was bouncing to change senser didnt work. rebuild rearend and the speed senser ring was damaged. replaced it for 60 bucks works great now.
