Ignition Issue

I have a wierd one for everyone. It might be an easy one though. We have a 95 F350 that will keep power on when the key is turned back and removed. We replaced the ignition cylinder and the issue still exists. We even went as far as unplugging the ignition while the truck is running and the truck stays powered up and running. What else could it be? I'm stumped

The actual ignition switch is under the dash on the column and its a white rectangular thing. YOu can take a gander at that and see if that is an issue.

I figured it was something easy like that... I'm not very well versed on the OBS. I'll replace and see what happens. AZ has it for $15.00 bucks so it's a shot..... Thanks!!!!
