new to fourm need help on eletrical

my abs light is flashing, and i keep blowing fuse #13 everytime i drive the truck. has a new multifunction switch in it thinking that was the problem. after the fuse blows it wont shift out of park. any ideas guys im new to the fourm and dissapointed just bought the truck a month ago its a 96 psd F250 extended cab red and white paint, no chips just a 4" exhaust from the turbo back rolling on 37" swampers.
