Starting problems please help

Hi guys im new here and i have a big problem my 96 PS wont start, it will just crank and crank, but no dice, What i did notice was that no smoke comes out the tail pipe while cranking. The rpm gauge move a little while cranking, "I have new batteries. All fuses are ok, So what do you guys think is my problem?

did you try checking the fuel filter housing to see if it was full?

did you try checking the fuel filter housing to make sure the fuel pump was working?

yea, i drained the housing, and i tried restarting, and i checked it again. and it was full again

sounds like a fuel delivery problem from fuel filter housing to injectors

I don't think its the starter, because if you were getting fuel, white smoke should be coming out of the exhaust.
