Intermittently dies

So, my truck has this thing where very very randomly, it'll act like it wanna to die, or cut out then come back to life, only ever does it once at a time and comes out of it quick...
Or.. Coming from a take off, it'll just die, and won't start back up for like a minute or two. And ideas?
