stumped feelin stupid

OK in desperate need of advise. I have a 95 power stroke 7.3 5 speed 4x4. I just put new glow plugs in and a new vcg on right side and anew fuel filter as well. Here what I did wrong I did not prime the fuel filter before trying to crank the engine.duh filling my injectors with fresh air that I can't seem to get rid of. Does anyone have advise on how to get my truck to start. Any advise would be very helpful because I do not have the extra money for a pro to fix at this time. Thanks a lot for all future help

Does the Wait-to-Start light illuminate? Re-check all your wiring connections to make sure you didn't knock anything off. Check underhood fuse "22 to make sure it has not blown (fuel heater shorting ... just in case the element in the fuel bowl got knocked off). Make sure the screen between the fuel bowl and fuel pressure regulator is clean. Fill the fuel bowl manually. Cheers!

If you have a 5 speed, have a buddy pull you down the street until it fires. It will take going around the block to purge all the air.
