manafold dounuts??? or manafold?

well i finaly found my bad exhaust leak,
my truck is in despreate need of glow plugs so it wont start but it will crank over and just pour the white smoke so i looked under the hood and seen smoke seepeing from the drivers side manafold at the very rear of it?
so would that be a manafold or donuts?
and i have had this leak since i have owned the truck, sounds like a hissing but chugging if you know wat i mean and i even did this when i was just runing a strait dp. too
