Engine Coolant Leak

Hi,
My 1997 F-350 has started leaking coolant. It is at the front of the engine down by the harmonic balancer. The coolant seems to be coming from between the engine block and that flange. I would have thought oil would leak from that area and not coolant. But, I not very familiar with how these engine work. Check out the pictures below. The truck has under 75,000 miles on it so I am hoping it is nothing major. Thanks you in advance for your guys help.
Chris
