oil leaks

I have a 97 f-350 with 244,000 miles on it and it never leaked anything, well for the past year I have been driving a comany truck and the Dually gets driven very little, the problem comes from it sitting and the seals shrinking I'm sure,my question is is there an additive I can put in to swell the seals?
