Melted Hub

I have a 96 F-250 7.3 4x4, and for a while at slow speeds the front end will pop and grab, on the way home, the driver side tire stopped on the highway, also I noticed the truck feeling as if it was being pulled backwards, and when I hit the brakes I would have pressure then it would go to the floor, getting it home, I saw the hub melted and brown liquid was seeping out. Today I tried to move it a little and the truck didn't want to move, and in reverse I had to get on it with tires spinning to move a little, and when I hit the brakes they hit hard in the front, any ideas??
