Angry 7.3 not starting needing some advice

:dunno:Someone help. i have a 1996 Ford 7.3. It was getting hard to start and now it wont start at all. When it was hard starting, once it started it ran good no lack of power.

I have replace the high pressure oil pump, done a buzz test, swapped out sensors with another 96 I own and it still wont start. The 1213 code continues to come up which states low injection pressure.
The pressure is 100 to 600 for about 15 seconds, then the injectors start clicking and the pressure immediately jumps to 2600 causing the 1213 code to activate.

Does anyone know what this problem could be?

Pull your glowplugs and test them. I bet you have five or more that are just burnt out.

I have swapped all the sensors and tested the glow plugs and replaced the relay. It is evident that there is no diesel getting into the injectors because it dopes not smoke at all during cranking. The vehicle starts fine on Starter fluid.

The oil pressure is within specs and so is the fuel pressure. I have pulled the lines for the oil and there is oil going into the injector banks. There is fuel in the bowl and there is fuel coming out of the return lines. I have checked all the fuses to no avail. This truck only has 120000 miles on it and is a 5 speed no chip yet.

If you have a suggesztion and it works I will be happy to mail you a check for $250.00.........I love this truck and need it running! Thank you to all my Ford Powerstroke buddys.
